NetWork's BASIC Believes in Teens

At NetWork BASIC, we believe that teenagers are the future of our country.  Today, they are already involved in the lives of individuals and are affecting society in ways that many adults may not even realize. Their values and beliefs drive market forces and trends; their energy and enthusiasm are unmatched.  Because of this, we believe in youth ministry in training young people to live godly lives and follow the principles found in the Bible. We believe that each teenager can make a difference in our world and provide the hope that many of their peers are looking for. They do this through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ reflected in their values, dreams, actions and service to the community.

NetWork's BASIC Believes in a Higher Standard

Too many people have very low expectations from our teenagers. Often society expects little from them because of their age. At NetWork BASIC, we believe that teens can live lives that reflect the morality and righteousness which Jesus Christ taught. Their lives can be a source of inspiration to their peers and many adults.  We encourage teens to have a lifestyle that others can look up to as examples of upright character, moral excellence, idealism, civic responsibility, and a love for God and His Word that affects all facets of their lives school, family, relationships and everything else they are involved with.

Core Values

At NetWork BASIC, we emphasize three key values in everything we do. It is our aim to instill these values in each of our teenagers.

  • Less dependence on man, more dependence on God
We teach teens to have a self-motivated desire to grow their relationship with the Savior. Although it is fun to hang out with the youth group, that desire is eventually replaced with a deeper desire to fellowship with Jesus Christ.
  • Separated or Holy Living
Knowing that most of their beliefs and stands on social and moral issues run contrary to popular culture once they are aligned with Gods word, our teens are encouraged to find the conviction to stand their ground.
  • Developing an Apostolic Ministry Attitude
We encourage our teens to have a mindset of always wanting to start a work of Christ wherever they end up after High School. It is our hope and desire that our teens will continue to serve God and their brethren as a natural response to His love and grace at whatever stage of life theyre in.
