We believe that the Christian life is enhanced when believers share their Christian journey with other believers and this best happens within a small group of about 10-12 believers. Jesus had his small group of 12 disciples. This is where church life really happens. It’s in small groups that people connect and practice their gifts in building the body of Christ.

We see a community of believers who give encouragement to each other, where more experienced men and women mentor the younger and where people can find accountability in the company of others. A fisherman’s net is woven together so that each strand depends on the other, so our vision of our community is one of dependence and reliance on each other’s strengths.
